What is Agent Hub?

Agent Hub is Brevity's AI-powered workspace where admins can build and manage training content through natural conversation. Instead of navigating multiple configuration screens and filling out forms, you work with Ella — Brevity's AI assistant — to get things done by simply describing what you need.

Think of Agent Hub as your training configuration co-pilot. Tell Ella what you want to create, and she handles the heavy lifting — pulling from your organization's knowledge base, asking smart follow-up questions, and assembling complete, ready-to-use training content in minutes.

Where to Find It

Open Agent Hub by clicking the Ella icon in the left navigation from any page in Brevity. Agent Hub is available to all Org Admins and Team Admins.

What You Can Do in Agent Hub

Agent Hub is the home for Brevity's growing set of AI-powered skills. Each skill replaces a manual workflow with a guided, conversational experience.

Quick Start

Quick Start is the fastest way to go from a new Brevity account to a fully configured training environment. In a single conversation, Ella walks you through your business, products, sales motions, and competitive landscape — then automatically builds out your Knowledgebase and generates a tailored practice Curriculum.

What used to take hours of manual configuration now happens in one sitting. Ella can even pull information directly from your website or uploaded documents (battle cards, sales decks, product specs) so your training content reflects your real-world materials from day one.

  • Conversational onboarding — answer Ella's questions about your business and she builds your Knowledgebase automatically
  • Web research — point Ella at your website and she'll extract and organize product info, competitive positioning, and more
  • Document uploads — feed internal materials directly into the setup flow
  • Resumable sessions — step away any time and pick up right where you left off
  • Auto-generated Curriculum — once your Knowledgebase is built, Ella creates practice courses tailored to your roles, products, and sales plays

Create a Role Play

Create a Role Play lets admins build new practice scenarios entirely through conversation. Describe the role play you have in mind — the audience, the selling motion, the challenge to practice — and Ella assembles the full configuration: persona, scenario context, knowledge base sources, topic tags, and scoring criteria.

No forms. No multi-screen workflows. Just tell Ella what you need, review her proposal, refine it in conversation, and save. The finished role play appears in your content library immediately, ready to assign.

Edit a Role Play (Coming Soon)

Soon you'll be able to open any existing role play through Agent Hub and make changes through conversation. Want to adjust a persona's tone, update the scenario context for a new product tier, or add a pricing objection segment? Just tell Ella what you want different — she'll update only the pieces you specify without requiring you to navigate the full settings UI.

Getting the Most Out of Agent Hub

Agent Hub skills work best when your organization has an active Knowledgebase. Ella draws from your KB content when suggesting personas, building scenario contexts, and grounding practice conversations in your real business information. The richer your Knowledgebase, the more accurate and specific Ella's output will be.

Who Has Access?

Agent Hub is available to Org Admins and Team Admins. Reps and learners use the training content created through Agent Hub (role plays, courses, assignments) but do not have direct access to the creation workflows.
