What's New in Brevity — June 2026

Three big things this month: Meeting Analyzer got a complete rebuild, role-play personas are now full-motion video avatars, and a new surface called Playbook lets you define exactly how your calls get scored. Plus a few more updates across the platform.

A rebuilt Meeting Analyzer

Meeting Analyzer has been rebuilt from the ground up into four tabs: Dashboard for org-wide trends at a glance, Team to drill into individual reps, Coverage to see where your team has gaps in meeting capture, and Meetings, a searchable list of every analyzed conversation.

Coverage is the one to watch. It answers a question we hear constantly — "which of my reps' calls are we actually capturing?" — so if someone isn't being recorded, you'll see it right away.

Moving Avatars in role plays

Role-play personas can now be enhanced with full-motion video avatars that lip-sync to speech, shift expression, make eye contact, and react to what's being said — making practice feel more like a video call and less like a voice over a picture.

The persona also perceives the learner, reading facial expression, gaze, and pacing and adapting in character. Camera is optional; with it off, perception falls back to audio signals like tone and pacing. Admins can enable Moving Avatars at the org, team, or assignment level.

Define your scoring with Playbook

Playbook is a new configuration surface where you define your org's positions, processes, meeting types, and the weighted scoring criteria that determine what "good" looks like on a call. Upload an existing rubric — paper, doc, or PDF — and Playbook auto-populates the structure for you to refine.

Once it's set, Meeting Analyzer scores every call against your criteria and ties each score back to the specific criterion that produced it, with evidence quotes from the conversation. Playbook is rolling out to an early-access cohort first, with broader availability to follow — talk to your CSM if you're interested.

More updates

Salesloft, rolling out more broadly. The native Salesloft Conversations integration is expanding to more customers. One Salesloft Admin API key — about 15 minutes to your first analyzed call — and every conversation flows into Brevity automatically, with speaker identification and recent history backfilled on first connect. Hide the leaderboard. For organizations that prefer a non-competitive training environment, admins can now turn the leaderboard off — an org-level toggle on the Settings page. Learn more about hiding the leaderboard →
