Upload company- and industry-specific documents and files to add contextual knowledge to your Brevity instance

Files Overview

You can upload files, including documents, web pages, videos, and audio files, to add contextual information to your Brevity instance. This information is optional, but adding information about your organization, tactics, market, and more allows Brevity's AI personas to ingest that information, leading to more in-depth and specific knowledge.

Adding Files

To add a file:

  1. From the Files page, click Upload Files. The Files Uploader appears.
  2. On the File Upload tab, drag and drop files from your device, or click Select files from your device to open your files explorer.
  3. On the From URL tab, enter the URL of a web page to upload the contents of that page.
  4. On the Copy & Paste tab, paste the text from a document to upload that text.
  5. When you are finished, click Submit.

Managing and Deleting Files

  1. Click Filters to filter uploaded files by file type.
  2. To delete a file, click the three-dots menu to the right of the file, then click Delete.
