2. It worked before, but now it’s not working
Your role play used to work correctly, but now it fails to detect your camera or microphone.
This usually happens if something changed on your device, browser settings, or extensions, or if you switched to a new computer.

3. The AI stopped responding or cut off mid-conversation
The AI may stop, freeze, or only partially capture your statements.
You may still see video and transcript, but your score may spin or be incomplete.
This is usually caused by network issues, not a microphone problem.
