My Role Play Ended Early or Got Interrupted
Did you have to stop your role play?
If you ended a session early — for example, for a phone call, meeting, or other personal reason — your role play may finish with a partial score.
This is normal, and the partial score reflects only the portion of the session you completed.
⚠️ Important: Only admins can delete or reset scores. You won’t be able to remove a score yourself.
Common Scenarios
-
You had to leave the session before finishing
-
You accidentally closed the browser or navigated away
-
You paused for a phone call or other interruption
If your session ended unexpectedly and it wasn’t due to leaving the page, see AI Stopped Responding or Mic Cuts Out for network-related issues.
Understanding Partial Scores
-
Your score reflects the part of the role play that was captured
-
Statements recorded before stopping are included in your score
-
Stopping early may affect feedback and analytics, but it does not indicate a problem with your microphone or the platform
What to Do Next
-
Continue your next role play session as usual
-
Review the transcript from the interrupted session to see what was captured
-
Reach out to your admin if you believe a score should be reset
Quick Tips to Avoid Accidental Interruptions
-
Ensure your browser stays open and active during a role play
-
Close unnecessary tabs or applications that might trigger a session exit
-
Keep the transcript window open to monitor captured responses
