What's New in Brevity — October 2026
Programs, pause and resume, multi-persona role plays and Meeting Analyzer general availability.
This release puts training plans in order, lets reps pause a role play and come back to it, brings multi-persona role plays to every organization on our live voice setup, and makes Meeting Analyzer generally available.
Training plans in a set order with Programs
A new Programs tab in Training Plans puts several plans in the order learners take them, and you assign the whole program in one action. Each plan can open at the start, open once an earlier plan is passed, or open and close at a set date and time, such as a live certification. Programs are turned on one organization at a time, so ask your CSM if you don't see the tab.

Training Plan Analytics
See who is on track, who is falling behind and whether deadlines are being met, across all plans or inside one. Filter by team or sub-team, act on several learners at once, open a learner's progress, and export to CSV.

Pause a role play and finish it later
Reps who get pulled onto a live call can select Pause & exit to save a voice role play partway through. The paused attempt waits on the assignment page with Resume and Discard. When the rep resumes, the earlier conversation is on screen and the persona picks up where it left off. Brevity scores the whole conversation once, when the rep finishes. Your CSM turns it on for your organization, and you allow it on each assignment or training plan section.

Multi-persona role plays are generally available
Reps can practice one conversation with two or three AI personas at once, such as a couple or a buying committee, each with its own voice. New this month: training plan sections can run as multi-persona, personas get moving faces when your organization uses video avatars, and you can offer reps a choice of persona groups on the Who are you talking to? screen.

Meeting Analyzer is generally available
Meeting Analyzer scores your team's recorded customer calls against the playbook you approved, and every dashboard number opens the calls behind it. When a call can't be scored fairly, such as a voicemail or a call type your playbook doesn't cover, Meeting Analyzer says why and links to the fix. The Troubleshoot tab shows where meetings drop out and who is blocking analysis.

Playbook moves to limited release. Playbook is where you define what good looks like on your calls: positions, meeting types, stages and weighted criteria. Stages a call never reached no longer count against a rep, and you can generate criteria from your own documents. Your CSM builds your playbook with you. Introducing Playbook →
