What's New in Brevity — July 2026

This month's Brevity release.

Three things lead this month's release: Brevity connects to Salesforce, Meeting Analyzer can send call alerts straight to Slack, and multi-factor authentication is here.

Brevity now connects to Salesforce

Your Salesforce pipeline flows directly into Brevity, so reps can practice against real opportunities and managers see coaching signal right alongside the deal. A dedicated deal page brings it together on one record: deal data, Meeting Analyzer results, buying committee, and recommended role plays. This is available now for early-access customers, with a native Salesforce app that installs from AgentExchange on the way. Talk to your CSM if you'd like to be part of early access.

Meeting Analyzer now sends alerts to Slack

Meeting Analyzer flags the moments that matter on your calls — risks, objections, competitor mentions, key playbook moments. Now it can deliver those signal alerts straight into a Slack channel your team already uses, in near real time, so managers can act while the deal is still warm instead of waiting to open the dashboard. Slack alerts are off by default and enabled per organization — talk to your CSM about pointing them at the right channel.

Multi-factor authentication is here

Admins can now require a second login factor across the whole organization — choosing from authenticator apps, passkeys and security keys, with one-time recovery codes as a backup. Set a grace period for existing users, enroll new users at first login, and see who's covered from a single view. Customers already on SSO or SAML keep authenticating through their own identity provider, with nothing to change in Brevity.

More updates

Amazon Connect joins Meeting Analyzer's call sources. Teams running on AWS's Amazon Connect contact-center platform get their phone calls transcribed, analyzed, and scored automatically — the same end-to-end treatment as Gong, Fireflies, and Salesloft. Learn how to connect Amazon Connect →

Transcript and playback are back in the Meeting Analyzer single-call view, alongside the coaching signals and action items — read exactly what was said and replay the recording without leaving Brevity. See what's new in Meeting Analyzer →

Meeting Analyzer recording retention. Compliance-minded admins can have call recordings deleted automatically after transcription — immediately or after a set number of days — while transcripts, scores, and analytics are always kept. A per-meeting history logs every step, and an org-wide legal hold pauses deletion when counsel needs it. Off by default and rolling out in stages — talk to your CSM.
